Wet and dry flocking process

Wet flocking process

Rock fibre mixed with other components, not containing asbestos or solvent.

Building coating in metal or concrete.

Can be later painted with a RAL of your choice.

Good wear resistance.
Final appearance of a Marmoran.

Application
Flocking can be projected in two different ways:
- Wet process: mixing and wetting in the machine;
- Dry process: humidification at the outlet of the lance.

Unlike intumescent paints, projected plaster must not inflate. The insulating effect of these coatings is 100% guaranteed from the start of the fire. For these systems, Aesthetic is secondary for these systems because the coating is generally covered later.

Dry flocking process

Dry flocking process

Coating for metal or concrete construction.
Can be later painted with a RAL of your choice.

Dry flocking process:
- Corrects sound insulation;
- Improves thermal insulation;
- Gives a final woolly aspect.

R 30 to R 120

Advantages :
- extremely attractive price;
- speed of implementation;
- All areas are accessible;
- possibility of applying finishing paint.

Measurement control
Measuring the thickness of the layer with a measuring device during and after the application of the flocking.
